We know the moment: a client needs help now, but the working day has ended, the line is busy or the owner cannot answer. At that moment, people often choose another business. We want to keep service human while making it available when a business cannot be.

Business Clerk is a product of Picnick Media OÜ. The company develops digital products, and its founder Nikolay Makhov is based in Estonia. We develop and implement AI technologies for business management and wellness, staying close to real workflows: we listen to owners, study lost inquiries and turn repeated administrative work into a clear system.
